Your sentence translates to: &quot;email will not never be given or sold&quot;  which means: &quot;email may/could/can be given or sold&quot;.  &quot;Not never&quot; implies maybe someday ...

Please consider rewording your statement to clearly explain your position on privacy of submitted email addresses.  Thank you!</description>
