Andrei Thomas recently adapted the Blob Detection library for Actionscript 3 and extended the functionalities into a BitmapBlobDetection object. Great!

Flickr & Mosaic

Two little experiments with Flash I developped between October and November 2005. Nothing really new there, Flickr Slideshow was developped using php lib phpFlickr while Mosaic was developped using Fames and new ActionScript API.
